OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Osondu Uche | Managing Director

Osondu is a Tony Elumelu Foundation Mentor for the foundation’s Women Entrepreneurship for Africa (WE4A) Programme.

He holds a Certificate in Credit Risk Management from Technische Universiteit Delft (Delft University of Technology), the Netherlands and a first degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.He has been a Consultant Partner and Course Facilitator at Nexus International University, Uganda, for some years where he anchored the Advanced Certificate in Credit Risk Management Program.

He also functions as a Consultant to MNCapital Africa Advisors ( MNCAA), a South African based financial advisory firm offering capital raising and market entry services.

Osondu is also the Continental Representative (Africa Region) to Applied Micro Technology Inc.,a U. S based award winning top lending management solutions provider. A Senior Associate of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria, he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Certified Management Consultant and is Certified as a Management Specialist by the London Graduate School.

In the earlier stage of his career, Osondu worked for several years in various key capacities with a major commercial bank in Nigeria, First Inland Bank Plc(later FinBank Plc).

Etta Uche I Director

Etta Uche is a graduate of Business Administration from the prestigious Lagos City Polytechnic.

An experienced programmer, Etta holds certifications in Data Analytics from SISCO and is conversant with Business Intelligence applications as Power BI and SQL.

She has worked as Facility and Project Manager at VK Exalon Projects Limited.

Emmanuel Ochai| Director

Emmanuel Oche Ochai obtained his Bachelors of Law degree from the Benue State University, Makurdi in 2006 and was later called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria upon completion of his Law School Training in Lagos. In 2020, he obtained a Masters Degree in law at the University of Lagos, Akoka.

Emmanuel has vast experience in civil litigation, criminal litigation, commercial arbitration and mediation, company secretariat and corporate governance.

In the year 2012, He co-founded the law firm of OCHAI & ODIHI where he currently serves as the Managing Partner.

He is a Chartered Arbitrator and member of the Faculty of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.

He is also a chartered secretary and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN)

He currently sits on the board of several companies.

Otuechere chiagoziem Anariochi | Director

Otuechere, Chiagoziem Anariochi is a Professor of Biochemistry with over 20 years teaching and research experience acquired in Universities both in Nigeria, Ethiopia, India, Germany, and United States of America. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Biochemistry, University of Ibadan. His areas of research include phytomedicine and biochemical toxicology. He is a member of reputable national and international scientific societies including the Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (NSBMB), and the Society of Toxicology (SOT). He was once a practicing journalist with THE SUN NEWSPAPERS. As a member of the board of directors, Prof Otuechere brings to the company a wealth of experience gathered from different fields of endeavour and plays a major role in shaping the policies of the company.
